Crémant harvest

After five days of harvesting by hand, the juices from the future cremants are now pressed and in tanks!


It was a very good harvest, the vines were loaded, enabling us to achieve good yields, and the grapes were magnificent and healthy. The juices are clear, aromatic, and fermentations started easily.


But we will also remember the wonderful atmosphere in the vineyards, maintained by incredible harvesters, whose enthusiasm and good mood have never failed, despite the scorching temperatures of these afternoons where new heat records were set.
