Native from Burgundy and almost disappeared a century ago (except in few villages including Saint-Hippolyte where some of our parcels are located), now reintroduced throughout Alsace.


Produced in the Alsatian style, fresher and more fruitful than Pinot Noir from Burgundy, thanks to a maceration of one week on average before pressing.


The richness of 2020 offered very good maturities, with a sustained color, an aromatic nose and a creamy and floral palate.
