Plot located below the Praelatenberg, where granite and clay ferruginous elements combine, bringing a beautiful complexity to the grapes.
Harvested a fortnight after the traditional harvest of Pinot Gris in order to allow over-ripeness and raisining of the grapes, but taking care to keep a balance and a very present acidity. Our desire is to produce here a mellow wine, an aperitif, marked by finesse and freshness.
