Thursday September 7th: the grapes are ripe, the shears are sharpened, the grape containers are loaded on the trailers... we declare the harvest season officially open!
We are beginning to harvest the Riesling, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Pinot blanc and of course Pinot noir which will make up our Crémants. Five days of harvesting by hand, to get the precious grapes (beautiful and numerous, this year!) of our future sparkling wines.
